-Karleen and Bob Maughan
We specialize in preserving your story. So special landmark ages, family, couples, individuals and high school seniors are the things we do best. We do not do weddings (but do engagement and bridals) or commercial work.
We ask for $250 for your session on weekdays and $350 for a Saturday session. Groups larger than 15 people the session fee will be $350.
Anytime we go on location our goal is to create art for your walls. Because we’re composing more scenic portraits much more time and effort goes into every location session. We have a recommended minimum order of a wall portrait 20 x 24 or larger. (20 x 24 $1099) If you think this may not be for you, we recommend a studio session. There is no minimum order on a studio session
You can reserve your on location portrait session with $200 and for a studio session we ask for a $100 deposit.
30 days for a full refund. 2 weeks for a half refund. After the 2 weeks there is no refund but a portrait credit for that amount if rescheduled.
Every portrait that we create is individually hand finished. Each one, large or small, is a work of art. Small portraits start at $179 and wall portraits $799. Some clients spend $1000, some spend $2,000 and others spend more. In your design session we discuss your personal needs and dreams for your walls, with that information we can give more accurate price points.
We are unique to the industry of photography because we still specialize in finished artwork. Capturing your portrait is only one of the many steps we take in our process. We do NOT consider a CD or flash drive a finished product. To maintain the integrity of our artwork we manage our workflow to the completion of the printed portrait. After purchasing a wall sized portrait (16x20 or larger) digital files may be purchased.
It is EXTREMELY important! The time is set aside for us to blend our ideas together and find out your vision and dream of what you would like hanging on the walls of your home. We discuss you, your family, and clothing (which is very important), where we would like this to take place; schedules, and most importantly become acquainted with each other. It is also a time that any concerns can be brought up and resolved. We have found the more we are all prepared before hand the more beautiful the finished piece of art is on your wall.
